What should I expect in my first session?

Your first session is all about you. We’ll spend 60 minutes together reviewing your health history, current concerns, and goals. During this time, we’ll also discuss whether functional lab testing may be helpful, and I’ll share initial diet and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your needs. If appropriate, I’ll provide supplement guidance as well. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a personalized plan and clear, actionable next steps to begin your healing journey.


Will I need to take supplements or run lab testing?

Not necessarily. Nutrition and lifestyle changes are always the foundation of my approach. Many patients choose to add advanced functional lab testing, as it can provide a deeper understanding of their health and allow us to create highly specific, personalized recommendations — but it’s never required. Similarly, supplements may be suggested to fill nutrient gaps or support your healing process, though I only recommend them when they’re truly appropriate for your case. Together, we’ll decide what makes the most sense for your goals, comfort level, and budget.
