What is your cancellation policy?

All programs and packages are paid in full at the time of purchase and must be used within the outlined timeframe. It is the clientโ€™s responsibility to schedule and complete all sessions included in a package. Unused sessions are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hoursโ€™ notice. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hoursโ€™ notice will result in a no-show fee.


Can I pause my program if something comes up (illness, travel, etc.)?

I understand that life happens. If you need to pause, please reach out โ€” in most cases, we can extend your program for a reasonable amount of time.
