What is your cancellation policy?

All programs and packages are paid in full at the time of purchase and must be used within the outlined timeframe. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule and complete all sessions included in a package. Unused sessions are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a no-show fee.


Can I pause my program if something comes up (illness, travel, etc.)?

I understand that life happens. If you need to pause, please reach out — in most cases, we can extend your program for a reasonable amount of time.
