You are more than a collection of symptoms on a health history! My approach honors the innate wisdom that you bring to the partnership- you know yourself the best! You and I will look at your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals together to create a plan that is perfect for you. My interventions are evidence-based and may include dietary changes, supplementation, functional foods, complimentary practices (such as yoga, massage, or meditation) and lifestyle changes that will allow your body to heal and balance.
We will look beyond symptoms to find the root causes! Our bodies are not a collection of isolated systems. If there is imbalance in one area, there is imbalance everywhere. In the same way, our bodies do not 'spot heal', we cannot isolate one symptom to heal without healing the entire body. That is why it is imperative to find the root cause of symptoms! Our bodies want to heal, we need to give them the opportunity to do so.
Everybody and every body is unique. A one-sized-fits-all approach does not work for lasting health and wellness. Using in depth analysis of your individual biochemistry as well as analysis of your health history and current state, we will create a plan that is tailored to your preferences and needs.
