I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health and maintain credentials as a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN). I’m also a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine, which means I stay grounded in both science and whole-body healing.

My philosophy is simple: health is never one-size-fits-all. Your body, goals, and challenges are uniquely yours — which is why I design individualized nutrition and lifestyle plans instead of cookie-cutter protocols. Together, we’ll explore not only the science of nutrition but also how your mind, body, and spirit work in harmony to create lasting wellness.

Most importantly, I believe in partnership. You bring lived experience and inner knowledge of your body; I bring the tools, clinical expertise, and guidance. When we work as equals, real transformation is possible.

All I can say is wow! Erica made sure we talked about my health goals and mapped out an actual plan to accomplish them. She listened to my lifestyle habits and suggested great recommendations to make transitioning to healthier options as easy as possible. After our meeting, I feel inspired and motivated to put this plan to action.

Integrative Nutrition is an evidenced based, whole person approach to treating imbalance and chronic disease. Using the most effective practices from traditional allopathic (western) medicine and non-invasive holistic methods, Integrative Nutritionists look at all lifestyle factors before creating a wellness plan.
